My 485 case was filed to VSC with RD of July of 2001. Finger print and medical exam were all done earlier this year...The case got transfered to New York City in April of 2002 to schedule an interview per AVM... and please provide advice on quetions below...
1) How long it general takes from the date the case got transfered to NYC till the NYC local office will notify applicant for an interview?
2) My EAD has just expired now...WHERE I should file the renewal of the EAD application to since the case is now in NEW YORK CITY office...To be speicific, should I file the EAD renewal to VSC or to the New York City?
3) I am thinking to apply for the Advance Parole as well, and again, where I should file the application to? VSC or New York City local office?
