Please help on pending I-140 & 485

I am new to this forum. Need help from all Gurus.

Field my I-140 in Oct'2003 and I-485 in Dec'2003 from Vermont Service Center. I received an RFE in Sep'04 on my I-140 on Company's ability to Pay, this was replied back on Nov 2nd '2004. I have been waiting since and my attorney also made an inquiry for status on Jan'06, 2005, but no reply or change in online status on that case.

My 2nd EAD just got approved in Jan'2005, I thought that might trigger my I-140 but nothing happened, still waiting.....

My FP was also done in Nov'2004 and I do not know how long it will take to finish this I-140 and I-485.

My priority date is May'2002 and I am from India in EB3... I know I am stuck with priority dates but worried about I-140, why it is taking so long for that.

I will appreciate any information or guidance.... please help!!!

I-140 filed separately on 9/18/2003 and pending since then... pls see my signature for details. btw I did have some LUDs both on my 140 and 485.

My I-140 notice mentions processing time between 90 - 485 days and today its exactly 485th day since filing.

Could you share if there were any LUDs on 140 pls ?

LUD = 'Last Updated Date' which can be got from your account portfolio if you have created.

Pls check the following url and click on 'Register' to create an account under which all your case details (I-140, I-485, etc) can be monitored. For each case there's a 'Date Last Updated' field which is updated ever time your case if touched.

I am waiting since Dec 2003. PD SEP 2001. Created 3 inquiry and contacted senator and congress man. not help till anyone.

My LUD is not changed anytime..

I do not know what is going on in VSC. I lost hope now..
