My 485 filed by employer ‘A’. Due to economic downturn, they were not able to find the new project and my 180 days were not over. I took long term vacation and during the vacation period, I got one offer from company ‘B’. I joined company ‘B’ on EAD. Now my work location and home address has changed to another state.
Now, I’m very near to complete 180 days from filing my 485. I’m still employed with company ‘A’ and my unpaid vacations will be over in couple of weeks. After vacations, I’ll have the option to work with only one employer. My questions are:
1. I have to inform to INS about my address change using AR11 form. Can I write the employer ‘A’ in place of company name on AR11 form? I was working on H1 with employer ‘A’, so could I write copy number of H1 visa on AR11 form. If I continue working with employer ‘B’ then should I wait for address change until resignation/termination with employer ‘A’?
2. If I continue working with employer ‘B’ and inform to INS about company & attorney change then what are the consequences. If RFE issue, is it required to transfer my case to local INS office for interview?
