Hi Gurus,
My 140 was aproved last year and 485 has been pending since Jan 2004.
My priority date is march 2000.
Now i am planning to change my job by using AC21 and got a full time offer from one of the Universities as a Senior systems Analyst.
Here are my questions.

1:pay is more than what i am getting at my current employer but university weekly hours are 37(not 40 hours/per week).Would it be a problem if i use Ac21.

2:University gave me an offer letter and it says the monthly salary(not yearly salary). Is this ok?

3.When i asked them for an employment letter with yearly salary and my job duties they are asking me for USCIS guidelines on this letter are any info about this letter on their Site. Can any body has this information.

Appreciate your help and thanks in advance.

Weekly 37 hours should OK. I do not remember exactly but it 35 or 30 hrs is considered as Full time employment.

Monthly salary should be OK.
You can show them the AC-21 documentation, which sates that same or similar salary and tell them that it should be equal to your previous salary, which was yearly figure.

Hey man, my company changed names, though the tax identifier no. would remain the same. Do I have to do AC21 too?
