One of my friend who used to work with me in the same company has got his GC few months ago. Now he wants to file for unemployment benefits since there is no project available for him. MY 485 still pending. Will his unploymet claim cause any negative effects on the pending GC cases of this company? Please post your experience if anyone had similar situation.
