We got RFE most recently,
Because we applied for NIW, the
rfe is asking for --
" further evidence and/or documentation which establishs that you will continue to be engaged in the occupation of which the national insterest waiver is based. This evidence shall specify how you intend to serve the national interest and confirm that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying I-140 pertition."
We do not have any experience with this.
Does any of you know how should we
prepare the document strongly for this? Can we simply write a cover letter to state my intention? Is this enough?
I really appreciate any help!!!
