Dear Friends,
I am currently working full time for a company, on my OPT (EAD) which expires in December 2003. I am on a valid F1 visa and my H1 processing might start in the next 1-2 months, but will not be completed before Aug 2003.
I am no longer a student and my I-20 expires on Aug. 11, 2003.
As I understand it, the deadline for obtaining this new SEVIS I-20 is Aug. 2003. So, do I still need to obtain this new I-20 from t he University?
