I received my I-485 approval in Feb 2002 and got stamped in my passport. I have not received the plastic card yet. My client is removing the contractors due to bad economic conditions. My GC sponsored company is terminating my employment with them. I received my GC only 1 month back. I am worried about my plastic card. My employer is ready to give me termination letter in any format I want. Can you guys please help me to get a format of the letter .
I am thinking them to ask something like this :
Due to unpredictable circumstances occuring in March 2002 we are terminating your employment with effective from April 1, 2002 to get employment elsewhere. This letter serves as a notice that you donot owe anything to the and any written/verbal agreements between you and the is null and void. You will receive your holdback salary and any vacation hours accrued until April 1, 2002.
It has been pleasure in working with you. We hope we can work together in the future if time permits.
