Please help- my cards not received-but got a mail from USCIS

Please help-

My GC approved on sep 10th 2004, and pasport stamped on Sep 15th. Not I have not got my cards but my wife got. So I called INS a month ago. Yesterday I got a reply saying "They sent card some time in JULY". How can they my cards before my GC approved. They asking me to apply I-90 form. What should I do now? Any one has similar experience?

I would suggest you take an Infopass appointment and go see an IIO at the nearest CIS center.
