My I140 was approved last week. INS made a mistake on the approval by puting the "Priority date" as 9-19-01 which actually is my I140 "Receipt Date." My Priority Date is 2-11-99. With I485 current now the "Priority Date" does not seem so important. Am I right?
If I request the INS to correct it I am afraid it may take too long time. Will it cause any problem in my I485 stage if I don\'t?
What should I do? Pleas help.
