I did my medical examination with a Doctor in my area around Oct 00, I couldn;t find any doctor in my area from the list that my attorney sent me, so I called all the Doctors in my area and checked if they are ins approved doctors, this Dr.with whom I did my medicals said he is ins approved and I took the medical examination with him.
VSC sent me a RFE last month asking me for immunization records, both the Dr. and myself were not aware of this so we didn;t do any immunization originally, I got suspicious with this Dr and called the INS helpline today and found out he is not on the list. But when I called the Dr.s office this morning they are saying they are ins approved and the Drs name is not yet come on the list. I don\';t know what to do, I have already waited for more than 3 and 1/2 years for my case, does anybody has undergone a simillar situate before.
