The 6 years of my H visa will be completed in the month of April, this year, 2003 ( that includes 1 year on H4)
My H1B approval notice has a validity date until Sept 2004 though, does this have any importance? Moreover, my green card is pending, I already have EAD. I'm no more with the company that did my Labor, its already been 6 months since my I-485 was applied. Is that a potential problem?
