Hi
I have applied for 485 &EAD&AP for me and my spouse in august 2007Now i am in H1 b status and my wife is on H4 status,now i don't want to use EAD but my wife needs EAD for doing job.my question is if my wife use EAD what happens to my H1,do i need to use my EAD also.
