i had b1 visa in 1999 for 5 years and first intres for me in aug 15 2001 and i go out usa for 6 monthes snd i have an american son , i have no wark and my visa was expired in 2004 haw can i have peaper to stay with may son and wark in usa by way i have a degree in social wark from my country
can you till me what can i do to be legal in usa pleas
