I am having small doubt regarding the name; in some of my certificates and transcripts are written SHIVA and some certificates and transcripts are written SIVA. I am totally confused, and is any problem in future for filling my GC process.

Hi,
I use to work on the Company A and they filed my Labor, and I got Labor Approved in Sep.2001,
I left that company in Sept.2001.
My New Company.B filed labor Again in Feb.2002 and now it moved to Regional.
When we are filing 140/485 what date I should use??
Can I use old date for filing or should use the New Labor approved date ??????????????
Please help me .

Company's A is your PD, if applying through A-LC
Company's B is your PD, if applying through B-LC
