I have been frustated a lot to find answers and hoping to get some good feedback from here.
My wife will be graduating with CLS (Clinical Lab Science) Degree in May 2007and have two job offers currently. She is on H4 Visa and requires H1B Visa. Hospitals are ready for that and attorneys are asking for VisaScreen. I have applied online on CGFNS website to get VisaScreen but have couple of questions.
My wife is currently enrolled in CLS program and previously have:
1. M.S. in Microbiology (Clemson University, South Carolina).
2. M.Sc. and B.Sc. from S.P.University in India.
VisaScreen requires following:
1. Professional School (we have entered current CLS Schoo: ASU).
2. Post Secondary School (we have entererd Clemson Universiy).
3. Secondary School (WHAT should be enter?)
What should we enter for #3? Her 11th and 12th grade school or Bachelor school information?
Did we enter proper information for #2 above?
If we have to enter 11th/12th grade school information as Secondary Schoo, Does VisaScreen require transcript and academic paperwork sent directly by highschool? This might be hard/impossible?
She already have educational credential evaluation done by institution in USA. Can we send that instead of transcripts?
