Please help me with the questions below

I have just received my US citizenship and want to bring my parents and siblings to live with me.

1. My parents have 5 years of multiple visa which they have been using since 2005. If I apply permanent residency for them, is that visa going to be void?
Do they need to wait until they hear back from the local US consulate office as a response of my application? In the mean time, is there any way they can continue to visit us? I heard that it doesn't take too long to sponsor one's parents. Can you give me an approximate time frame?

2. I have a brother and a sister. Both of them are older than 21 years.

My brother is still unmarried and is planning to go for higher studies in US. If he gets admission to a university in US and apply for F-1 visa is this going to cause any problem for him to receive the visa since I have already applied for him?

3. My sister is married and currently persuing her Phd in a US university. Her husband lives outside of US. She is on F1 status. If I apply for her now, is this going to cause any impact on her current F-1 status?

She is planning to look for a job once she is done and may have to apply for H-1 visa via a company who can offer her a job. Is my application going to cause any issue to take that step?

Since we know that it takes about 15+ years to sponsor a sibling these days, if she tries to sponsor her Geen Card on her own, is that going to be possible? Considering the fact that I already applied for her permanent residency?

4. If my parents (after receiving their permanent residency) apply for my siblings, are those application processing times going to be faster than if I apply for them as a sibling (Considering their ages and marital status).

Thanks for your helps in advance.

Yes to both questions

In the mean time, is there any way they can continue to visit us?
No

Depends. Look here http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=202993

there may or may not be a problem. Applying for a non-immigrant visa wil be a problem and chances of denial are higher when intent for immigration has been demonstrated. You can only file I-130 at this point but your siblings will not be eligible to file I-485 for atleast the next decade and a half, depending on their nationality.

3. My sister is married and currently persuing her Phd in a US university. Her husband lives outside of US. She is on F1 status. If I apply for her now, is this going to cause any impact on her current F-1 status?
See reply above.

H visa has dual intent, so she should be allright

doesnt matter. one can have more than one application for permanent residence pending at the same time

4. If my parents (after receiving their permanent residency) apply for my siblings, are those application processing times going to be faster than if I apply for them as a sibling (Considering their ages and marital status).
Maybe. Look at the processing times on the visa bulletin

Thanks for your helps in advance.
