Please help me to fill application

Hi,
I want to fill application, please help with this questions -
1) What should I use, Quebec, Federal skilled worker form ?
2) I want to submit the application without "PCC" and FBI ? Will they accept.
3) At this same time I will send request for PCC at embassy at NY.
4) What is the procedure for FBI finger printing, can I go to police station and can get right away, or it needs to be send only at particular place ? Please explain in detail.
5) Can I will only one application for me, spouse and children?
6) Do I need to send all the experience letter of current employer, or can I do that later?

Please help me, I want to start this process immediately.

1. Are you going to Quebec?, if not Federal forms.
2. If you don't submit PCC and FBI you will probably get your application returned, follow the instructions to the letter.
