Please help me!!!
This is my situation. My husband's state labor is approved. I want to know what are the documents required for filing for EAD for me. Iam in H1 but unfortunately not working for past 1 yr. WIll i have to submit my h1papers, paystubs, IT papers to obtain my EAD along with my husband. I do not have all these as Iam not working. Iam really worried about this. can anybody help me. I need to know what are the documents I need to give? Will i have problem in filing my EAD?
