Hi All,

   I checked automated system at VSC and it says that on Aug12,2000 we have sent you request for additional evidences. I am
   confused what it could be.

  Is it normal that my lawyer has not yet received it even after 11 days. I talked to IIO at VSC she says yes we have sent you REF, she also varified lawyer address. Where it might be . Lost in mail ???

   Please answer.

   My details EB2/INDIA/Regular Labor/ PD Aug 1997/ RD Apr 02,1999/ND May 03,1999.

It takes more than 11 days, In my case RFE was sent on July 18 as per Auto mesg. But My lawyer received it around Aug 1st.

Wait for few more days and then ask your attorney to call them for resending the letter.
In my case even though they had the correct address on file, they were sending it to old address. RFE letter was sent thrice and attorney never received it. Finally the send it by FEDEX. Initially they refused to send it by fedex but somehow accepted to send it by fedex.
rfe sent on 6/23, 7/14,7/26 sent by fedex on 7/14- received this.
They have asked for G325A update, employment letter, last 3 years W2 form.

REF Issued on Aug 12,1999. Not yet received by lawyer.
