I filed Labor in NJ 12 2001 RIR. It came up with queries (26 APRIL 2004) and responded back to NJ Regional DOL
on 10 JUNE 2004. After that my case was sent from NJ State to NY Regional DOL on Aug 2004.
My attoney is saying that it my case should be in NY Regional DOL and it would take another 4months or it may
go to backlog center. I've searched my case number in the backlog database, but it is not present.
Is it possible to track the case status in NY Regional DOL, if so please let me know the details and if any body are in the same boat.
