Hello friends ,

if say my labour is filed for 10,000$, for how much i accept the offer in case of job change ?? how much percentage(plus or minus) ??

please comment

10K sounds misleading.

As far as I am aware, as long as you make more than the prevailing wage for your job category as mentioned in your Labor approval, you should be OK.

At the same time, if you made 2X or more it might raise some flags as given the market scenario such a high increase might imply that your job description (hence a different job category) got better. It is bit tricky because Labor goes by region and 2X could still be valid for the job category.

$.02

Be careful, even if the salary is more than the one stated in the LC. Consider this: 1) if the salary is higher, INS may think that it should attract US workers to work in that position, 2) If the salary is way too high, it may be an indication of a change in position.

GC012002: If salary is higher (not way too high), it is fine. Criteria for Labor approval is to make more than the prevailing wage not the exact amount.

Yes - this is something that is very subjective, therefore one must be careful. How much higher can be considered as "not way too high"? :)

I am not saying that they filed my LC for 10K , for ex if it is 10k For what offer I can accept the employment in case of job transfer ?

10-15%

More in base salary would not hurt. if its more than that you may ask the company to pay as Over time or bonus.
