Please Help me!! medical from requirement for family based GC

Hi, Please help me. I am about to get citizenship. After that, I will apply for my wife's GC. I will file 130+485 to local Dallas District office. However, my wife could not take vaccination. So the question is:

Should I file medical form (693) along when filing 485 OR should I bring (693) to GC interview at a later time?

It is district office dependent issue. And it is family based GC. I am talking about Dallas office.

Please help me. Thanks.
 
Send the medicals without vaccination along with 485. You might receive an RFE for the vaccinations and then you can have her take the vaccinations. Not a problem.
