I pursued my master's in US and graduated in Aug,2005.
My OPT started in Oct,2005 and it ends in SEP,2006.
I got a job in Nov,2005 and currently I am working on my OPT.
My employer said that they will file my H1 in March or April.
So, Can I start the PERM Process along with my H1 Process
or
which is the best time to start the process?
How long does it take to get the GC from the point of filing?
Can anybody please let me know the step by step process and the documents that I need?
