my labor was filed in Nov 2004 from NJ and went to PA backlog center. My employer got the 45 day letter in sep 2005 and responded back in 45 days. ]
is there anyway that we can know what is the approximate time to get approval for the labors filed in these periods? if anybody is there who filed in the same period please share your views or would appreciate if you can give any information.
