Hi All,

Can someone please help me for my following question. Here are my details for your better understanding.

TSC Service center
Category : Eb2 concurrent
LC : AD ====> 06/15/2004
I140 : RD ====> 09/10/2004
I140 : AD ====> 02/28/2005
I485 L RD ====> 09/10/2004

I see on my LC document under LO: column it shows 01/03/2003. Here is my question.

1. Based on my above data, What is my priority date. ?
2. Right now I am seeing TSC processing I-485 Feb 04 2003 cases. Do I need to keep my prority date 01/03/2003 or I140 RD 09/10/2004
3. Could someone tell me at a averarge how long still I need to wait to hear something from USCIS

Please help me...... :confused:

PD is your LC filing date.

If you are affected by PD retrogression (from China, India, and Phillipine), the Current PD is March 1, 2002. We are waiting for the refresh every month from http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_2111.html

Just be patient in waiting, I believe a lot of people are just same as you. You are very lucky in I-140 approval, only 6 months.

My understanding is when Labor Certf is filed, this is Periority Date.
You can find PD on Labor Cerrf approval letter. where it clearly says. Perioirty date. and you can also find on I-140 receipt too (I believe).

Ummmmm .... not sure what are u trying to ask, I belive u r asking about 485 case, Answer,,, Yes you always should expect, because everycase is different case, so keep in touch with ppl who are in same boat as u are like EB2 filed near ur date,

Usualy ppl expect FP. but not necessary many got FP in few months many after 2+ year painful wait.... :D

Keep in mind always update ur address and double confirm. if u move file AR-11+ call 800 no update ur pending pettiton address. also send letter to TSC using Attorney-change/add change P.o Box address. with return receipt.

As yours is EB2 you are not affected

As yours is EB2 you are not affected !!!. right now EB3 is affected with retrogession.....
