please help me. i need to bring a friend to the us.

i have a fried who lives in Bucharest Romania. I really want to bring him here to the US. Is there any way to do this? please i am like 18 everything i have seen is so technical and i cant understand a word of it. from what i can tell i have to a) marry him b) get him a student visa or c) get him in the green card lottery.
which of these is the fastest way and the best way to go about this?

actually hon im sorry but i dont have a highschool education. dont assume things like that. but thanks for the info. i really do just plain suck at reading technical gibberish. and thatnk you also for informing me about the marriage of convenience deal, i didnt know about that at all and i appreciate it
