Has anyone recvd RFE or got their 485 approved or recent LUD from VSCafter the recent 2 updates in VSC processing time frame. . I have filed my 485 on 30th June 2004 . Today i saw they have updated their processing dates . 485 processing date for 485 in VSC became 12th Aug 2004 .I am very suprised that they have not touched my file after April 22nd 2005 which was due to recvng FP . I dont know whats happening ??Was that mean they have cancelled my entire GC process ? Actually my 180 days was over of 485 when i left my previous company in Jan 05 and 140 was not approved then .My 140 got approved in March 05 when I joined the new company and came from NewYork to Chicago . Since my addresses has changed from one state to another before my 140 approval because of that reason can INS cancel my GC process now at this stage ??? May be that's why they are not touching my 485 file anymore ???? I dont see any LUD .I am so tensed please help me. ( btw i called my provious compANY lawyer just now they said that they have not withdraw my GC application) wHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ??? pLEASE HELP I HAVE NOT FILED AC21 TILL NOW.

Time is not importment to the INS. It's the INS. What do you expect?
My 485 is not approved yet. What's you priority date?

Well, let me put you to ease. VSC does not stop processing your 485 like this. In fact there is no thing as 'stop processing'. Either they wil approve or deny. But either way you will get a desicion and u and your lawyer will get a letter.

There are still many who filed in 2003, even 2002, who are waiting for a desicion. Yours is only 1 year old, so hold on. You can however initiate an enquiry to find out status of your I-485 as yours is 30 days past the official processing date.
