Hi guys this question is base on Question 23.of citizeneship N-400 I would like to know if an asylee had to file a (RFE) to get his G.c which he was ask to file a I-602 weaver for ground of inadmissbility to gave explaination about his misrepresentative on false passport which he entereing the U.S with. Q.(1) What will be the answer yes or no Q.(2)What will uppene if you answer yes Q.(3) What is gone to happene anyways for poeple who has that kind of case?I know more than 60% of asylee or refugee came at us with false passport to saved their lives . :cool:

I think you raised a very important question. Without doing any research I would say that the approval of the I-602 should serve to excuse any WAIVED violations of the INA for citizeship purposes. But seriously I will do some legal research when I have the time (in the next few weeks).

Very good question Lacoste and BTW thanks for kind words on my previous post...
I was wondering the same thing today reading the boards and really appreciate any research Hampton can do on the matter ...I'm emailing my lawyer also and will post anything I find out
 
come on guys responds is for our own good because is better of to be prepared than to be suprase and start cry : :confused:
