Hello friends I am going to Matomoros consulate later this month .I am going to get my Visa stammped from f1to h1 (first H1).I read about night marish stories of people being stopped because of back ground/security check .I am from India and not in any TAL professions .I heard scary rumours that people with muslim last names are invariably selected for security check AND delayed .Is this true with out exceptions ?please enlighten me because if its so uniform I would rather attend chennai consulate so that even if I am stopped I can stay in my home place.Any kind souls please reply thanks

Please read the threads regarding VISA STAMPING EXPEARIENCE IN CANADA, I myself waiting for 2 months to get security clearance. I am in Toronto Canada though. My sincere advice get your passport stamped from India.
