Please help me--Advance parole question

I applied for 140 and 485 in Nov,03.
My 140 Was approved in Dec,04, my 485 is pending since 03.
My green card is for future employment based.
I was working in a company related to the my GC sponsoring company before on H1.
Last year I moved to a new job in a different company on EAD. I am not planning to apply for AC21 as this job is for only 2 years and this is also not contracting job. I am getting salary from this job.Once this job is finished I will move to my GC sponsoring company.
My GC sponsoring company is willing to run my GC and will support me in all means. It is running pay checks for me now also.
I am kind of doing 2 jobs.
I have EAD and AP uptodate. But I am not on H1 any more.
Can I travel on advance parole, while coming back at port of entry what all questions I should be ready to answer?
I have all the documents, pay checks, W-2s.
At POE what company should I say as my employer now?
Is there any problem if I say my current employer's(the job which I am working now--which is not related my GC process) name--as I have all the IDs from them.
My story is little complicated. Please help me.

You can travel on AP no problem. I was never asked anything about my job at all. Just where I was, how long I was there, etc.

You can legally work on 2 jobs with your EAD.

Since your GC company is anyway employing you now (since you say you get a paycheck from them), you can legally do any other job as your second job (unrelated to your GC occupation).

You should have no issues - if asked about employment, give details of both of your current employers - its simple - don't complicate anything.
