Please help me about H1 visa stamping

Hi,
I have my H1B visa stamped on my passport. I have now changed my employer, I have my new H1b petition approved. So if I travel out of US do I need to get my passport stamped again for the new employer? Is my earlier stamp valid even though I am working for new employer?

No you don't have to get a new stamp.I 've done this 3 times. Last time when i came to usa my passport had stamp from my old employer which was going to expire just after 5 days. I did have new originial I797 with me. I showed it to them and they let me in without any problem.
