Hi Rajiv
May be mine is different case.
We have applied I-485 using ScheduleA Category(MY wife is Physical Therapist) and me as dependent.
We got Our I-140 Approved and I-485 is pending now with that case.
Now my case with my H1 is current.
My Question is can i apply Two I-485s same time.
Is there any problem doing that.
I have read some where like, I have to withdraw my old I-485 and apply agian with this case ( My H1) Otherwise there is going to be problems in the future.
Please suggest better way to do.
Any help is appreciated
