Please help me about AP

I got my advance parole(they've sent me 2 copies)which is valid for 1 year and for multiple entries. my questions are:
1.Will they take the Advanced parole document from me at the port of entry?If not why they've sent me 2 copies then?
2.Previously I had to go through NSEERS(where I have to registrer at any port of entry to the US)at the port of entry, after having the AP do I have to go to the NSEERS also?
3.Can I fly from airports that are not designated for NSEERS registered people?

NSEERS applies to people who enter the US on a non-immigrant visa (like visitors/students) and i dont think it applies in your case as you are entering the US on a pending AOS status. This is my opinion, others here who know more can answer... anyone??
