I submitted my I-485, I-130 and I-765 on May 11, 2011 today i.e. 8/5/2011 received a notification by mail that they have send me the interview letter for 9/8/2011. I still have not received any update on I-30 and EAD it is still in initial review. Is this normal?

Do you think because of sep (9/11) i would have more hard interview or would be in tough situation

While my boyfriend living with me and we had a son he also had a daughter from his wife (now ex) there would be question why please help.

We didn't have any marriage cermoney it was held in social services office just me and my husband is this point of concern

please someone help
 
You are overstressing. It is not unusual for some people to get interview letter before the EAD comes through. Relax. If you need the EAD, you can make an INFOPASS after August 11 for expediting the process because by then 90 days will have passed. 9/11 has nothing to do with you specifically.

Its normal. Just be patient.

The whole immigration system changed after 9/11 and you personally have nothing to do with it, unless you were affiliated with any terrorist organization in any way of course.

Would there be a question about what? People have children from previous relationships before they get married. Its normal.

Don't stress out about the marriage ceremony. Many people get married and then have ceremony later. Make sure to know what to say when asked why you didn't have a ceremony and bring other proof of bona fide marriage.

Try to relax. You'll be fine as long as the marriage is real. Good luck.
