Please help - Marriage Certificate Question

In our marriage certificate, my last name\'s spelling is wrong. At all the places (2 in all), the attorney has written \'u\' instead of \'n\' - it\'s handwritten (from India). Would it be a problem? I have already submitted a copy with my AOS application. Should I get our marriage certified in the US - just in case we get a RFE? How to get a marriage certificate in the US?
 
Give the name which is mentioned in the passport.

Give the name (either maiden/family name) mentioned in the passport.
