Hello,

I am planning to submit NIW myself. Since I may change address.
I'd like to use my friend's address as the mailing address.

How should I fill the I-140 form?

You should your current address. any false info may become issue or headache for u. so try to avoid it.

When u move,

1. immidiatly file AR-11,
2. Call 800 customer service and update ur address of any pending petition.
3. send a written notice to TSC to update ur address in pending petitions.
