Kind of a desperate plea
We have applied for NIW and have been sent an RFE (request for evidence) but have not received it yet.
After calling USCIS they told us we have to wait 15 days before asking for it to be sent again so we did that. A confirmation number has been given to us.
We haven't changed our address and we did receive the first notice so we know there is nothing wrong with the address.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions/advice of what other actions we can take.

Our main fear is that once it gets here to us we won't have enough time to answer. Does anyone know on average how long the deadline is?
I was thinking about writing a letter to the service center along with a prepaid envelope requesting that they send it to me in that envelope. What do you guys think?
