Please Help: Labor approved, 140 Pending, possible job change

Dear Gurus,

My LC is approved in EB2 category with priority date Feb 06. My I-140 is filed before 1 month.

There are possibility that I might have to change job location (same company) or ever worse, might have to change company. If my I-140 is apporved by then, will I have any advantage?

Or I have to file new Labor certificate with new company (same company with different location?)

Can I still have advantage of my current priority date of Feb 2006?
