HI I am considering an offer from another company after almost 1 year of applying for my green card.
My lawyer told me that the job description should be exactly the same, and that we might need some financial information from the company.
I haven't talked to the HR but feel that with so many people unemployed these days they might not be willing to work with immigration. How much support do we need from the new company if I change jobs with AC21
Has anyone had any experience with AC21 and how it affects your green card.
