Please help !!! Is stamping required ?

I have a valid H1 visa stamping till Oct 2006 thru Company A. In the meantime I have transferred my H1 to Company B. I am planning to travel to India next month.

Please let me know whether stamping is required this time when I visit India. Is it required for entrying back to US ?

You can travel to india with your present stamping (company A). Stamping is not required even 4 re-entering.
Since u have stamping with company A till oct 2006, there won't be any prob. even if u send ur passport for stamping the uscis is not gonna accept ur application as u have more than 60 days of visa.
