Hello,
Please help. This is my case:
I came to USA on H4 Visa(Multiple entry), then my husband was in Company A, now he is in company B. So, even I have got an extension of stay ie my I-94 has not expired, now I want to go to India for a vacation. My H4 visa of Company A has not expired. Should I go for restamping or is the old visa which has not expired sufficient to re-enter USA. Please, I would really appreciate your input in this matter.
