A friend on mine was interviewed in Guangzhou China on Nov of last year, Employment Third preference and was asked to submit additional documents but need to call visainformation callcenter to make an appointment. It cost like $7 to talk for 12 minutes.
The problem is that everytime he call, there is no lot (time) open to schedule an appointment. Anyone experience something similar?.
Does the visa process needs to be completed within one year or else is cancelled?
What else can we do, any info will be appreciated.
