Here is my situation. Please help me.
I applied I i485 at 03/2003. After 5 month I applied EAD and AP. So I went Korea to meet my future wife. Then I went back to America with AP. I was waiting my approval but it was not happened.
My wife came here to meet me at 05/2005. At that time I found I could applied to her with my I 485 because I did not received yet.
So I applied her i485 with me. It was fine. She got the bio and EAD. So I thought it will be fine.
But it was not. 03/2006 she got denied. The reason is my i485 was denied about 1 year ago. Nobody knows that. Me and my sponsor did not get any letter.
I called CIS but nothing. My attorney sent a letter then find out I did not go to finger printing. I could not appeal or anything because it already passed one year.
So my attorney and me decided to reapply my i485 with my wife. It went well. I got
EAD and she got EAD. We got finger printing. Also we got 3 RFE about miss type about my birthday and prove legal statues and about marriage.
I thought we did good job.
I always check LUD. It was change at 06/05/2007 and 06/06/2007. so I expected good news.
But it was not.
Yesterday I got the call from my attorney he said I got NOID. It said I worked 04/2001 until 03/3005 without authorization. I never worked with my sponsor. I am not supposed to work because my case is future work.
My attorney does not know what happen. He just said this is very difficult case.
I searched whole this web site then I found something about biographic information.
Then I called my attorney to check my biographic information the he found I wrote I worked from 2001 until 2005.
It was my totally mistake. But my attorney should correct this mistake from me, does not he?
Now I found reason why CIS think I work from 2001 to 2005.

Are there any ways to fix this thing?
What kind of proof do I need to show them?
