please help in landing

Hello friends,
Same question,I know there is some people already answered this questions.

1) I Got My VISA and landing papers.We thought of landing coming long weekend. What is the procedure . Can I go in my car or Rental car. Which will be preffered.

2) Currently , I am working on H1-B which will valid till 2003 SEP,
But the visa on my passport is expired , But I have valid I-94 card which will valid till SEP 2003. Also ,MY 485 is applied and I have also have Advance parole (BUT no EAD, My company didnot applyied EAD because i have valid visa). Can I use my AP to travel from canada to US or I have to use my I-797 forms are sufficient.

3) Is there any Social security office in Naigrafalls to apply the SIN number?


Please clarify and help me.

1) when I landed here in August 2000, I had taken a Rental Car from Wash DC to toronto. The Canada border people asked me and I told them it is a Rental Car. They were fibe. I returned a week later to US.

3) You can apply at ANy HRDC (Human Resources Develeopment Centre) in Canada.
