My company applied for labor in CA and then I-140 from CA got approved, Then company name changed , so applied another I-140, got approved all for Consular processing. .My dates became current, So I applied for I-485 in June 2001.
During the same time my company realized that I will be working in the East Coast, So applied for a labor in NJ and then I-140 from Vermont and got approved for AOS.
Now that there is this confusion of file transfer between consulate and INS. I want to tell INS to use my latest I-140 from Vermont with my I-485 that is due approval, so that I can cut the delay if any.
Please let me know, if I can do what I stated above, Thanks in advance.
