Please help: I-485 RFE and I-140 Amendment Filed

Due to merger and acquisition of my previous company INS asked me to submit I-140 Amendment and submit RFE which included copy of I-140 submisstion papers and clarification on my status during certain period. This has been submitted by my attorney, lst week. I am wondering if any one has an experience and will like to share how long the process now takes for decision.
My case is EB2, Indian.
