I got my I-485 approved (9 months after filing for 485)...was laid off 5 months after filing 485...just got a new job a month before approval...but didn\'t inform INS about change via letter(was waiting for a RFE).
My old co. is planning to inform INS within 3 wks. that they no longer plan to hire me and was laid off. They claim AC21 doen\'t apply to me since I did not work thru 180 days. They say INS will revoke my GC.
How will this affect me if I get my passport stamped ASAP?
