PLEASE HELP. I - 140 RFE requesting company\'s tax returns.

Applied for my I-140 on 21 Dec. 2001. Category is EB2 RIR. Received a RFE about company\'s tax returns & INS received it thru my lawyer on 23 March 2002. Still waiting for approval. Any idea as how much time does it take after such queries.

Any idea, why they came up with this query? Is your company a consulting firm or a big corporation? Please update!

I-140 REF

I received RFE on April 17th 2003 inquiring about the my company ability to pay. They need to provide annual reports, U.S tax returns. Company may provide p& l statements, bank account records or personnel records. If employer has 100 workers, statement from a financial officer of the organization which establishes company ability to pay wages.

Hopefully it will get approved.
