I am planning to use substitute labor for filing I-140.
I have Bachelor of Engineering (4year) in Industrial & production engineering and have one year post graduate diploma in computer application.
but education requirement in substitute labor shows in column
14 education: BACHELORS
14 Major Field of Study: COMPUTER SCIENCE OR INFORMATION TECHNOLGY OR RELATED FIELD.
Is that possible to use this Labor without RFE or denial. If anybody is in this situation or have any idea please give some suggestions.
